The tipperary.com website follows guidelines on accessibility set out by the W3C (the World Wide Web Consortium). The W3C WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) produces accessibility guidelines that are an internationally recognised benchmark of accessibility.

In designing this site, we have applied, where possible, appropriate WAI Priority 1 and Priority 2 criteria of the WAI's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Our goal is to ensure that this site remains accessible and, wherever possible, complies to WAI Level AA (Double A). However, certain sections on the site are not compliant and require you to use a browser with JavaScript or Scripting enabled.

The following content is, therefore, not compliant with the WAI guidelines.

Changing Text Size

You are able to view this website in a variety of different text sizes using your browser

To change text size using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, select Text Size from the View or Page menu and choose your preferred option. If you are using another browser, please refer to your browser help to learn how to resize text.

Please note that the page layout may be affected by increasing the font size.

Skip Links

Users with screen readers (such as JAWS) can skip over the set of navigation links to access the main content directly using the hidden 'Skip to Main Content' link. We've also provided pages with heading structures to help you use your screen reader to access sections on the site directly. Just press the keys INS and F6 at the same time to get the list.

Printing

This website is optimised for printing. Simply print the page using your browsers PRINT option and the page will print out to fit the width of the paper.

PDF Documents

The website uses W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) technologies such as HTML and CSS wherever possible. However, in the Broadband section information is provided in Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) format.

This requires you to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Click on the icon to download the Adobe Reader from the Adobe website.
