Youthreach Roscrea is located in Education Centre in Roscrea. It provides early school leavers (15-20 years) with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to participate fully in society and progress to further education, training and employment. VTOS is a full-time education programme which was introduced in 1989 and is implemented by VECs throughout the country. The programme provides long-term unemployed people, who are over 21 years of age, with the skills needed to enhance their chances of gaining employment or progressing to further education or training.
