Built in 1810 for Richard and Emily Butler, the 1st Earl and Countess of Glengall, Swiss Cottage is a beautiful example of Cottage Orné architecture, possibly designed by John Nash. This fanciful cottage, ideal at the time for picnics and garden parties, features elegant rooms inspired by nature. With its picturesque charm and unique style, it’s a hidden gem worth visiting.
